01 — Mobile App

Sudoku — a puzzle app live on iOS and Android

Problem: We wanted to ship a product of our own end to end, so we could test store processes, ad integration and GDPR/KVKK requirements under real conditions.
Solution: We built a cross-platform app and set up ad and analytics integrations, the account deletion flow and the privacy policy infrastructure to match store requirements.
Result: The app is live on both stores. Store review, data deletion requests and release management are all run by us.

02 — E-Commerce

High-traffic e-commerce platform

Problem: Slowdowns during campaign periods and customisation limits on an off-the-shelf platform were capping sales.
Solution: We moved the product, cart and checkout flow onto custom infrastructure, built ERP and shipping integrations, and added caching and horizontal scaling.
Result: A platform that stays up on campaign days, with order transfer fully automated.

03 — Custom Business Software

A custom CRM for a traditional business

Problem: Quotes, orders and customer records were scattered across spreadsheets and WhatsApp, with no single source of truth.
Solution: We built a custom CRM around the company's real workflow, with quote management, permissions and reporting, connected to their existing accounting system.
Result: The whole path from quote to invoice now lives in one panel, and manual data entry has largely disappeared.
