Sudoku — Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how the Sudokumobile application (the "App"), developed by Techirio, collects, uses, and shares personal data. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Data We Collect

a) Account Information

When you create an account or sign in, your email address is processed. We use Supabase as our authentication provider. You may also play as a guest without creating an account.

b) Game Data

The duration, difficulty level, and scores of completed games are stored in association with your account for the leaderboard.

c) Advertising and Device Data

The free version of the App uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect data such as your advertising ID, device identifiers, IP address, and approximate location to serve and measure ads. This data is processed by Google; for details see: https://policies.google.com/privacy

d) Purchase Information

The "Remove Ads" purchase and subscriptions are handled entirely through Google Play and the Apple App Store. Your payment/card details are not collected or stored by the App; we only receive whether a purchase was completed.

2. Ad Personalization and Permissions

• European Economic Area / UK:Consent for personalized ads is requested via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP).
• iOS: Tracking permission is requested under the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. If you decline, non-personalized ads continue to be shown.

You can change your personalized ad preferences at any time in your device settings.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with the following service providers, to the extent necessary for the service to function:

• Google AdMob / Google — ad serving
• Supabase — authentication and data storage
• Google Play / Apple — purchase processing

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Your account and game data are retained while your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, please contact us.

5. Your Rights (KVKK / GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to object to its processing. For requests, please write to the address in the contact section.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal data from users under the age of 13.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data; however, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. Updates are published on this page and the "Last updated" date is revised.
